Can I use your designs if I don’t have ( or don’t intend to use ) a cutting machine?
Of course you can. We’ve included for you fully layered EPS file for your other personal use.
I'm using SCAL ( Sure Cuts A Lot ) and have trouble opening SVG files
Please make sure you IMPORT SVG file in SCAL, and NOT OPEN it as you would open regular SCAL file. Go File - - > Import - - > Choose Folder where you have your SVG file stored.
I unzipped my download and I don’t see an SVG file. Where is it?
Sometimes SVG file will show up on your computer as a Chrome HTML file (or Safari or Explorer or any other internet file type). This means that your computer is not familiar with SVG file (i.e., you don’t have the native software that made them) so the computer system will call them something else. Generally, they call them Chrome, Safari, or Explorer files, because they can be previewed on the internet this way.
This is a setting on your end. In order to change it, you will need to google how to change file association for your particular operating system (Apple or PC). However, please note that it can still be loaded to your compatible software regardless of what your computer is calling it.

Due to digital nature of these files, they are not “returnable”. For this reason, we ask that you take the time to verify that you are purchasing file types that will work with your machine, and for your needs.
